The original Macroom Oatmeal ( stone-ground from freshly roasted oats) is milled useing traditional stone-grinding methods avoiding heat damage to the oats. Macroom Oatmeal makes delicious porridge, oatmeal biscuits and can be added to soda bread to improve it.
